Each of our beautiful, spacious and fully furnished vacation townhomes are available for nightly, weekly and monthly vacation rentals. Special lodging rates are offered for weekly and monthly rentals. Group rates are also available.
Peak Rate: $320/night
Off Peak: $300/night
$125 Cleaning Fee
Peak rates apply June - September, November 15th - January 5th, and March
Off Peak Rates apply January 6th, February, April and May

Pet Policy: A $250 pet deposit is required per dog guest. $50 of the initial deposit is non-refundable. The remaining deposit ($200) will not be refunded if damage is caused to the townhome, surrounding property or common spaces, or for failure to pick up after your dog onsite.
